Design

Our adept staff of Engineers apply their extensive knowledge to provide innovative solutions to any design or manufacturing conundrum. As our focus is getting you to market before your competitors, we provide an Early Supplier Involvement collaborative design review, to offer ways to minimize tooling and production complexity, thus saving you time and money.

Tooling

We are an extensively equipped and manned tool and die manufacturer, with many time-saving assets you don’t typically find at other contract tooling houses. While many of our competitors are forced to outsource heat treating, wire EDM, and modification driven welding, we have these capabilities is house, which again saves you time and money. Our high speed spindle Mikron CNC milling center allows us to create highly complex, and detailed part geometry, which minimizes the need for more costly and time consuming Electrical Discharge Machining. These technological highlights, coupled with our experienced Tool Makers/Machinists, and 24 hour production schedule will help compress time to get you to market faster.

Molding

Our injection molding machine tonnage ranges from 20 to 300 tons. With our knowledgeable staff, and diverse customer base, we manufacture product from both consumer and engineering grade thermoplastic resins. We excel in insert/over molding and our lead times are the best around. Should the need for a tooling modification arise, your downtime will be significantly reduced, as we will modify the tool, and perform the tool test all in house.
